CANCELLATION POLICY

We completely understand that life can throw unexpected curveballs, and we're here to accommodate your changes or cancellations.

As a small business, we kindly ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel.

When you make full payment via our booking system, here's how our cancellation policy works: If you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled booking, we'll happily refund your deposit in full. However, if your cancellation is within 24 hours of your reserved time, 50% of your total payment is refunded.
