CANCELLATION POLICY
We completely understand that life doesn’t always go to plan, and we’ll always do our best to help where we can. As a small, family-run business, late cancellations can be difficult to fill, so we kindly ask for as much notice as possible if your plans change.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
More than 24 hours’ notice: You’ll receive a full refund.
Less than 24 hours’ notice: Your booking is non-refundable. If possible, we’re happy to reschedule your ride for a small rebooking fee.
On-the-day cancellations or no-shows: Unfortunately, no refund will be given. This includes cancellations due to a change of plans, late arrival, not wanting to continue after arrival or failure to attend your scheduled ride.
